How to Order

Choose one of the following methods to place your order with Blyssful Creations.

  1. Telephone

    Place your order over the telephone between 9am and 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time Monday to Friday or 10:30 and 4:30 AEST on Saturdays. Please note gifts ordered on Saturday will be despatched on Monday.

    Print the Order form from our website, fill it in and fax to:

  3. Email

    Send us an email and tell us what you wish to order. Remember to include a contact telephone number and we will be in touch with you to confirm the order.

  4. Mail

    Download, print and fill in the order form from this website and send it with your credit card details, cheque or money order to:

Cheques and Money Orders are to be made out to Blyssful Creations. Please remember to write your name and address on the back of your cheque and allow 5–7 working days for cheque to clear.

Delivery Information

Sydney Metropolitan Area

All orders will be despatched on day of order and delivered the following day except for Saturday orders which will be despatched on the following Monday. Delivery cost: $7.95

Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Adelaide Metropolitan Areas

All orders are despatched same day and will be delivered within 2–3 working days

Elsewhere in Australia

Please call us to ascertain a price for your chosen destination.

Hospital Deliveries

Blyssful Creations can deliver your gift to the recipient in hospital if all correct details are given to us. Please be sure the recipient is still in hospital (to avoid being charged with a re-direction fee), that you know the exact name the recipient is booked under (some mothers use maiden names) and that the gift is addressed to the mother, not the baby.

Guarantee

Whilst every effort is made to deliver the gift on time and in perfect condition, we can not guarantee this. However, in the unfortunate event that your gift is damaged in some way, we will replace the products and deliver them to you free of charge. Simply call us within two days of receipt and we will arrange for our couriers to pick up the damaged gift and send you the replacements.

Payment Methods

We currently accept the following forms of payment:

Cheque

We accept cheques made out to Blyssful Creations, with your name and address on the back. Please note, for our own peace of mind we are not able to despatch a gift until a cheque is cleared. Allow 5-7 working days for cheques to clear.

Money Order

Money Orders are welcome and should be made out to Blyssful Creations. Gifts will be despatched on the same day as receipt of a money order.

Credit Cards

While we do not currently have web-based credit card processing, we do accept credit cards either by phone, fax or mail.
